ROCKDeck

TaperedPlus’s ROCKDeck System is a non combustible, insulation system specifically designed for balconies, terraces, and plant room roofs. It is also an ideal solution for roofs that have roof mounted equipment and requires a non combustible insulation system below, such as Solar and PV (photovoltaics).

The system comprises of a 12.7mm coverboard, 1220 x 2440mm, layer classified as A1 non combustible in accordance with BS EN 13501-1, compatible with a wide range of waterproofing membranes and a Dual Density non-combustible insulation underlay, tested to withstand point loads and permanent loads. The system is compatible with a wide range of waterproofing membranes and offers designers and specifiers a robust, non-combustible insulation system.

Fire Performance:
Coverboard: A1 (non-combustible) in accordance with BS EN 13501-1
Unfaced Insulation: A1 (non-combustible) in accordance with BS EN 13501-1
Faced Insulation: A2-s1, d0 (non-combustible) in accordance with BS EN 13501-1

Point Load:
Tested to EN 12430:2013 and EN 1606:2013 for point load performance and can be recommended in most circumstance for use
on balconies, terraces, plant room roofs and roofs that have roof mounted equipment, such as Solar and PV (for details on the
